2011-08-02 12:09:09   The interior of Kobe was surprisingly spacious and modern. They have hibachi tables, but we only visited for the sushi. Both the sashimi and sushi combos were very good, everything tasted fresh. The sushi chef clearly took pride in the presentation of the meal, the result being most ornate sashimi platter I've seen. —JasonS

2011-08-17 20:26:39   Just returned from a fabulous hibachi dinner with a party of 7. Delicious, entertaining, and we all came home with a box of leftovers from the generous portions. Also tried some sashimi and a Philadelphia Roll at the bar while waiting for the rest of our party; also very good and a beautiful presentation. Decor is also impressive. We will definitely be returning. Prices for hibachi range from $12.50 - $35.50, average $18.50. —Lynn

2011-08-19 21:30:42   Great service, the waiters were very attentive. The food was delicious and the hibachi experience was entertaining. We also ordered sushi, which tasted very fresh. Nice decor as well. Definitely the best hibachi experience we've had in Rochester. —Babybelle

2011-08-30 02:22:36   I've only had hibachi at one other restaurant and this was far superior! The decor is sleek and modern, not the over done decorations you get at so many buffets. We were seated immediately even though there were only three in our party. The wait staff was very attentive and the food was delicious! We all ordered the hibachi chicken which came with soup, salad, fried rice AND noodles, vegetables, a couple of pieces of shrimp, and basically two chicken breasts each. All for 14.50 plus tax. The food was much better than the other hibachi I've had, espcially the chicken which was perfectly cooked, and very tender and well flavored. It's the best hibachi I've had, and really one of the best meals in greece. I will definately be back many times. —carolturo

2011-11-22 19:35:21   This place is cute and it's nice not to have to drive to the east side for sushi so I ordered take out tonight for myself and daughters. As I waited for my order I was greeted by the most impersonal human. I then was given my order, took it home, had my 1st piece of sashimi (very good) and what? A blonde hair stretched across the rest (we all have dark hair)! Ick. I called and spoke to an empathetic person who said to bring it back. I waited for my girls to finish their hair-free meal and go back out in the rain to return my 90% uneaten meal for a refund and what? To be pro-rated for what I did consume! No apology from the blonde hostess that doesn't speak and that packaged my order. I would rather drive to Pennsylvania than to ever, ever return! —korydecena

2011-11-26 09:36:53   Facebook merchant URL is INCORRECT. Restaurant does not have a web site nor Facebook page at this time as far as I can ascertain. Facebook page / merchant URL returns to a restaurant in FL which does not show having a restaurant outside of FL. When I visited restaurant I asked about web presence and he stated they did not presently have one. I have purchased their sushi for take-out and enjoyed it very much. Decor is very aesthetically pleasing and since opening, the number of vehicles parked there is significant appearing like they are doing a very good business. —SusanWemett
