2012-05-31 17:47:32 Granite and rock samples looked really nice. Showroom is really cramped but samples are very diverse. Service is another story. Asked for a written quote first meeting-was told I'd get one-never received one. 2nd request-came by phone only. 3rd time was told they don't give written quotes even for a non-profit business. Upon further push, received one but it did not include delivery charge and was dramatically higher then the quote phoned to me. Decided to go elsewhere. —PeteB
