2009-04-17 18:08:21 I've often stopped by here when I ride my bike around downtown and the crazy bum-to-employed citizen ratio was high. Also, being in the shadow of tenement housing kind of detracts from the serenity of the water. In any case, it's a nice addition to Downtown. —BatGuano
