Section 107 of the Copyright Act does allow use under specific circumstances, however.
While I am not an expert on copyright law by any stretch of the imagination, it seems to me that this excerpt complies with the four factors for determining fair use. —DaveMahon
2012-06-01 07:10:53 Matt - CANDYNATION hours are not limited to just weekends. At a minimum we are open year round Tuesday through Saturday 10:00AM to 5:00PM. These hours increase during the summer and during any major holiday season. The store is handicap accessible. —RodFoley
