2009-12-15 10:14:03 Absolutely pathetic service. I dropped off a laptop ten days ago; they promised to call with a diagnosis. I have called repeatedly since to get an update and every single time, they promise to call back and then never do. This morning, they finally told me that the machine works fine and hadn't been starting because I had the wrong AC adaptor. (In my defense, this wasn't my machine; I brought it in for a sick friend!) Great. They've known for 10 days that the machine was fine and held on to it all this time. —StevenLandsburg
2010-04-26 11:12:24 This is where I always turn for my computer repair and computer parts. They have the largest tech support staff and I know them all very well. You can't get better service than with Microworx. The post by Steven is likely a hoax. Microworx has such a good reputation so I don't believe his story one bit. —JustinZiemniak

2012-07-23 11:16:17 I'm in charge of computer purchases at a medium-sized local business. For the past few years, I've been buying all our new computers from Microworx. I've never had any problems with them. They reply to emails very promptly (usually the same day), they readily provide price quotes, and they'll work with you to design the type of system you need. The staff are very helpful and friendly, as well. I've never had a machine fail, either. —Rochester-Native
