Richard Dolan

Richard Dolan is a well known UFO researcher, who lives with his family in the Rochester area. He left what could be considered to be a promising career in academia to independently pursue his work. His approach is considered unique in its attempt to try to understand the phenomenon of UFOs from an historical perspective. So far he has been most successful in his publishing of UFOs and the Security State, and is at work on a second volume. He has also published numerous articles, as well as appeared in documentaries, television programs, and on the radio.
