I'm an RIT CS graduate working for Railcomm, a small software company in Fairport. I've lived in the GRA (Greater Rochester Area) since 1993, and in the City since 2002. Currently I live on Meigs St.
I'm also a small time landlord, renting apartments that focus on the 20ish crowd. I hope to update all the fun rental stuff on this site with my apartments, and other things I've learned about the Rochester rental market.
