Rent includes heat and hot water. Amenities include two outdoor pools, tennis and basketball courts, a playground, and a fitness center.

2008-08-21 09:31:55   Given the facilities and maintanence, this place seems to be one of the better places in Rochester, if not the best. I looked at a lot of the complexes from the list and this was the best among those. —DeepBhatt
