2012-05-17 12:13:00 Fired all their best employees. The place has gone down hill. Don't feed into the corporation. Go to ESCAPE on monroe, or ELAB, or Ghost Dog. The two blond sisters the RIPLEYS who run the store in Rochester now have no knowlege of any product, talk like truckers and are extremely rude to their customers. I highly suggest going somewhere else. —Jenny
