Sutherland Global Services is a locally owned company that provides business process outsourcing. Sutherland corporate offices are in Pittsford. Its main call center is located in Henrietta on Jefferson Road across from Frontier Commons but has a large number of call centers throughout the world.

2008-12-19 17:13:02 I worked here for a little less than a year back in the late 90's and it is the definition of the term "cubicle farm." Short walls and headsets as far as the eye can see. I hated every minute of the day working here with all the scripts they have you repeat to customers over and over and over again. I also think some of the things they are doing for these larger companies borders on unethical. But that's just my opinion. —BatGuano
