I live in Penfield with my lovely wife Katy and our two kids. I'm a software engineer for a printing company located in Nashville, TN, and have more hobbies than anyone has any right to engage in - most especially Amateur Radio, Astronomy, building electronic gadgets, and dreaming about constructing large siege engines.

2008-10-27 14:26:51   Dear Mr. Mulvey - I am sincerely sorry you had a bad experience at our restaurant. I am at the restaurant all the time, and if I had known, I would have corrected the service issues, offered you a substitute entree and of course, a substantial discount. I care very much that every customer has a good experience here, so I would be happy to offer you a gift certificate if you and your wife might sometime consider giving us a second chance. It would be my pleasure to personally serve you. Please email me on our website so I can send you the certificate. With sincerest apologies, Maureen Brainard —MaureenBrainard

2009-05-29 13:47:10   Rich - We just saw the kind comment you left about The Cat Doctors. We miss seeing your kitties and hope that your household is doing okay without them. Stop by and say hello sometime! TCD —KerrieSanders

2010-01-08 14:24:24   "Rich" I have read some of your posts... you sound impossible to please. I think Iron Chef has a guest judge spot waiting for you. Perhas Jeffrey Steingarten and yourself can finally find something positive to speak of when dining! —MattK

2010-07-30 07:38:22   Rich-regarding Dollop Gourmet Cupcake Creations, calling someone cute is minorly sexist, but do you think that scolding someone about where they post comment BY POSTING IN THE SAME COMMENT AREA is a little self-defeating in its intended purpose? Maybe a private comment on his user page might serve a better purpose. Just a thought. —PeteB

2010-08-05 23:59:46   Rich-since I moved Dennis' comment off the dollup page it didn't make sense to leave yours there. Putting it here

2010-07-29 22:10:34   So Dennis... have you actually been a customer of this business? If not, it seems more than a little inappropriate to use the comments section to make sexist remarks about the owner's appearance, and then go on a diatribe about her business model. If you actually have been a customer, how about just commenting about the experience? —RichMulvey —PeteB

2010-09-12 21:39:26   Good catch on the astro-turfing. I removed the comments, which includes your since it didn't make sense to leave it up without the others. I've been keeping an eye on that page myself, but you got to it first today. —DamianKumor

2011-12-15 12:22:43   @ Pete and Rich: I deleted Robert's comments. I know we are not supposed to edit the comments of others, but this was super blatant. All three were of this exact format: "One of the greatest [insert the type of business.] Visit my blog to read about his place and other places around Rochester! [WWW]http://[name of the blog/." —BadFish

2011-12-15 12:57:17   Fine with me in this case —PeteB

2013-10-11 13:24:39   Look at Para's page. They also removed the other comment. Maybe we should use the sockpuppet. —Damiankumor
