Jose, you are grossly violating our pretty straightforward etiquette policies by deleting other people's comments without strong evidence that those comments are libelous in nature. Your ability to do anything to the Vinyl page has been revoked until you can demonstrate that you will respect the few and easy to follow policies that are in place for this community. You are, of course, welcome to remove this message at your convenience.

Welcome to the Rochester Wiki, your guide to Rochester! If you have questions or need assistance, just comment here on your own page, or better yet, through the Talk for any page in question. Just click the Talk bubble/button on the toolbar above on every page.

This page should be about you. It is your page. You can mark it up to show off your wiki skills or to tell something about yourself. This text will self-destruct when you change it. Have fun.

2007-10-17 09:12:27   If you delete the comments of others, we will just add them back in anyway, then everyone sees the comments asking you not to delete them and looks at what you deleted, giving it more visibility than if you just left it. Tell Ronnie we said hello. —BadFish

2007-10-17 12:01:56   This isn't a game you're gong to win. The more you vandalize other users and pages, the worse you and Vinyl will look. —RichChiavaroli

2007-10-17 16:46:43   He repeatedly deleted comments after being asked not to, then deleted users. Is there any question that he should be banned? (In the interest of full disclosure, I was one of the users he deleted. Not a big deal to me, but just to make sure you had perspective.) —BadFish

2007-10-17 17:29:42   Jose, if you delete another comment or page, you will be banned. This community has been around for a couple of years, we've got over 1,000 accounts, and we've banned four people. That should give you an idea of how out-of-line your actions are. —RottenChester

2007-10-18 10:48:46   First of all, "slander" is spoken, you mean libel. Second of all, that is my opinion and I stated it as such. It wasn't even that bad. I don't consider Vinyl great, but it is okay. Try any legal action, I dare you. —BadFish

2007-10-18 14:07:51   He has no legal recourse for an opinion posted on the internet. He should spend more time learning about laws regarding discrimination instead of libel. —LanceReed
