Oak Hill Country Club is a private golf course located in Pittsford offering two 18-hole courses (East and West).
Oak Hil, designed by architect Donald Ross, is arguably the most prestigious golf course in Rochester, or even Western New York. It has hosted many major tournaments, including 2 U.S. Amateurs, 3
US Opens, 2
PGA Championships and the 1995
Ryder Cup.
The East Course at Oak Hill is rated as the 27th best course in America and the 5th best in New York by Golf Digest (Down from 10th and 3rd in 2003)

Oak Hill originally was located where the University of Rochester River Campus currently is. Oak Hill and the U of R traded land in 1921, and Oak Hill moved to its current location in Pittsford (With four times more land, plus $360,000 from the University).
Awards
Oak Hill was voted "Best Golf Course" in City Newspaper's 'Best Of' Awards in 20021 and 2008.2
