Former Delivery Area
City of Rochester and Brighton
South of Route 104, North of Westfall Rd
CLOSED (as of February 2, 2011)

See Gone, But Not Forgotten was an online ordering website and delivery service featuring Rochester restaurants that deliver to homes, hotels and businesses. The delivery charge was $3.50 with no minimum order. The website operated from 2005-2007. Part of Flavorstream, it was the brand targeting the City of Rochester, as opposed to URFoodExpress, which targeted the U of R campus. The website closed after the technical founder left the company.

2008-08-11 06:32:42   Ordered Paola's last night. No food after an hour and 15 minutes, called RochesterMenus, they had a glitch or something. Food finally came about 2 hours after ordering. Deliver driver said they were working on improving the service, and I hope they do. Its a good idea if it works. Very disappointed this time. —Ian

2008-11-17 20:20:46   Ordered Paolas. An hour and 15 minutes passed. Tried calling the number listed on their site. No response. Credit card was charged. Sent emails to the various addresses they have listed on their site. These guys appear to not exist any more. Will keep you posted. —EugeneCain

2008-11-19 16:20:15   Yep. Credit card got charged. They never showed up nor called the number I had listed. None of their contact information works. I am angry. Please do yourself a favor and do not waste your time on this service. Now I have to deal with my credit card company and cancel payment. —EugeneCain

2013-08-30 01:43:56   Sorry guys, you ordered after I left the business in December 2007. If you had ordered between 2005 and 2007 the experience would have been much better, though we were working out the kinks for a while. This was my first real business and I learned a lot from it. If you have any questions or, in the case of EugeneCain, are still in dispute about an order, feel free to contact me. Ben833 at GMail. —benmargolis
