AJ Bistro was a Chinese, Japanese and Hibachi Grill in the Chili Paul Plaza (next to Sunsational Tan in the space previously occupied by Cafe East).
They also had a lunch buffet available from 11:00AM to 3:00PM weekdays.

2008-11-10 12:30:47 Went here with some friends last night. The staff was very nice and even made some excellent suggestions when we couldn't decide what to order. The food was really good, and there's quite a variety to choose from. I'll definitely be returning. —AlexanderGartley
2009-04-18 11:42:50 Went for the lunch buffet and WOW. Not a very large selection of food but what they lack in quantity they make up in QUALITY.
Very GOURMET Chinese food, easily the best tasting buffet out of ALL the buffets in Rochester, yes i have been to all of them.
