Bayles Leather House was considered Upstate NY's largest leather furniture showroom. Also, was Rochester's exclusive Hardin Furniture showplace. Hardin Furniture is upscale furniture made near Utica NY.

2014-09-20 11:16:39   We've made two large purchases here about 7 years apart, and were totally delighted with both the selection and the service both times. We worked primarily with Nic Cavicchioli, who had an uncanny sense of when we wanted help and when we wanted to be left alone. When we needed him, he was not just available; he was available in all the right ways — understanding very quickly what we wanted and what our preferences were, so that he could make useful suggestions without wasting our time on things we weren't going to like. When we preferred to be left alone, he left us alone, for as long as we needed, over multiple visits. He was a joy to deal with in every way — as was everyone else at Bayles. On top of this, the selection is fabulous. We saw a lot of gorgeous stuff here, much moreso than at any other furniture store we've visited in the area. Next time I buy furniture, it will almost surely be at Bayles. —StevenLandsburg
