2007-03-28 13:34:16 Too bad about the name change; I like "Art-Craft Building" better as well. Despite the name, I love living here. The highlight of the apartment is definitely the kitchen...so big, so many cabinets, and reallllly nice appliances! I'll try to get an updated pic of the building soon—the construction elevator is finally gone! —RachelBlumenthal

2008-05-20 10:59:31 I've been here for about a year and a half, and I'd probably be happy to stay longer, but I'm moving out of state in a couple months. I've enjoyed my time in the building. They respond promptly to requests and complaints, and the building itself is nice. One great perk is the rooftop deck—you can watch Frontier Field games right from the roof. As I said in my comment from March '07, the kitchen is awesome. One of the only problems is noise from the apartments above and below. The floors and ceilings seem pretty poorly insulated. When someone upstairs coughs, it sounds like they're right next to me. I'd recommend the building to anyone, though. Overall, I'm happy here. —RachelBlumenthal
