The Center of Harmony Martial Arts Academy (located in North Winton Village) offers two unique styles of martial arts training, traditional Tang Soo Do (Korean Karate) and Haidong Gumdo (Korean Sword Art), both of which are exclusively available here.
The Academy's teaching philosophy centers upon the students' well-being, not competition. In addition to traditional martial arts classes, the school's owner also maintains a private acupuncture and traditional Chinese herbal medicine clinic on the grounds, for which students receive coupons for discounts on clinic services. Bi-monthly "Parents Night Out" events are held on Saturday evenings, when parents of children students are given free 3 hour babysitting at no extra cost (to foster harmony at home, as well as in the Dojang/Training Hall).
All classes are taught by Master J. DeVaull, MSAc, Owner and Chief Instructor.
Also offers acupuncture.
