2010-06-06 20:09:21 China Chef is a great little chinese take-out spot near the Webster public library. I've never had a bad meal. Their menu is typical for chinese take out, but the food is superior to most. I usually get sweet and sour chicken which is great and unique because they add cinnamon to the batter before frying. Food is usually ready in 10 minutes and is always hot. I prefer this place to Wegmans' chinese, easily. —StevePlace
