E&G Cajun Bakery & Deli was a bakery and deli on Main Street, featuring authentic soul/Cajun food. The chef spent a significant amount of time in New Orleans.
The menu included fried catfish, yams, collard greens, crawfish etoufee and sweet potato pie, and everything else that you shouldn't eat but that you do because it's delicious. There was a small seating area, but most of the business was takeout and catering.
