The Edwards Building is a 7 story department store being converted into 114 market rate apartments. ||It was formerly the main location of Edward's Department Store, which served as competition to Sibley's and McCurdy's for many years until 1972. At Christmas it had a toy land with a train ride. In 1978 it was turned into a mini mall like project called "The Mill". However due to various problems this only lasted until 1980.||
