Indeed. Most other roadway names here are fine, but I'm a bit of a roadfan when it comes to Interstates. Hmm... rename articles or eat sorbet...

Any thoughts on full versus abbreviated names for streets? I've been trying to informally set the convention of using full names, and then adding redirects from pages with the abbreviated form. (Example: Monroe Avenue vs. Monroe Ave)

I find abbreviated form to be more commonly used by locals informally, perhaps more so than in other regions. However, this is a medium with some level of formality, so full name for the article and a redirect from the abbreviation sounds like a very good idea.
