2007-04-25 11:00:51   I've had several meals at Joey B's and all have been very enjoyable. Of particular note were the soups (both the delicate seafood and the hearty sausage and lentil were outstanding) and the wine list which features a large selection of Finger Lakes wines and local ales (like the delicious Ommegang Abbey Ale). Also of note is the following: All entrees come with soup or salad and homemade rolls, and the last time I was there my companion and I ordered a bottle of wine and split an appetizer with our entrees and walked out stuffed, with tip, for around $60. Highly recommended, especially for us city folk looking for a dining excursion. —RochesterGuy

One of the last honestly fantastic dining experiences I have had was at our table near the window watching the snow fall on the canal. The food was cooked perfectly, the vegetables were perfect...I don't think you can get a bad meal here. —ElaineRobinson

To me ambiance is just as important as the food. I sat in the very uncomfortable convention center like chairs you see in the picture. It really ruined my dinner, they had no padding and by mid dinner I was squirming.

Just an average restaurant. —MrRochester
