Joy Luck Garden was a Chinese restaurant tucked away in the far right corner of Panorama Plaza in Penfield. It closed in April 2011. The owners moved to Aurora Chinese Restaurant down the street.

2007-06-11 16:56:26   We've eaten here under both the old and new owners. It was originally quite good, and then declined near the end of the previous ownership to rather pedestrian and greasy meals. The greasiness is now pretty much gone, but the food has been uninspired - fairly bland, the entrees didn't arrive together, etc. We'll give it another chance, in the hope that they'll improve. —RichMulvey

2011-01-29 13:05:45   I've been here a few times, they have great deals on lunch. Chinese tea, soup or eggroll, entree, veggies, and rice for only $5-6. Fairly large seating area, although there never seems to be more than a few people here. Staff is very friendly and service is quick. —Ackj

2011-04-21 18:40:23   Called for a pick-up order tonight and they informed us that they're now Aurora Chinese Restaurant at 1694 Penfield Road. —KellyT
