Neighborhood Service Centers

Neighborhood Service Centers (NSCs) are the July 1, 2008 follow-on to the Neighborhood Empowerment Teams and provide neighborhood-centric city services to the local communities within the City of Rochester. The NSCs are administered by Molly Clifford and you can find additional information at their city NSC Web page and on their About, and FAQ pages

Our NSC teams are committed to partnering with residents, community groups and businesses to do whatever we can to improve blighted properties, revitalize commercial strips and enhance the safety and vitality of our City - we can't do it alone!
