Im considering moving into the Normandie Carriage House, which is next-door, it is recently renovated, and looks quite nice. I noticed the disgusting brownstones nextdoor, and also the Normandie Hotel is on the other side. These are clearly nicer properties, can anyone comment on them to confirm? Maybe we should create a page called Normandie Apartments, and not be so specific about the brownstones?
