Ridge Rattan was a locally and family owned furniture business specializing in rattan and wicker furniture since 1965. They originally sold the rattan furniture made on the premises of their Dewey Avenue store, but later started a separate company, C&L Craftworks, to manufacture and wholesale their products. The retail store on Ridge Road East featured the C&L Craftworks and other lines.

They had been advertised as "the largest manufacturer of rattan furniture in Upstate New York."¹ However, the manufacturing is through a separate business and the claim does not appear on the Ridge Rattan or C&L Craftworks websites.

2008-09-17 17:04:09   Not all of the furniture at this place is Rattan, some of it is actually decent. Its definitely not modern, but if you like traditional you will probably find something that suits you. —MrRochester
