Rochester Community Television, Inc is a nonprofit organization that provides public access television in the City of Rochester, available on Time Warner Cable (Channel 15). It lets people promote the messages that they want to make known to their neighbors. It provides Video Editing, Studio Production, and other classes and has a studio available to those who join and take the classes. Residents of the City of Rochester are eligible to become members, as are non-profit, educational, and faith-based organizations that maintain a facility within the City of Rochester.
