Sweet Mist was Rochester's first liquid nitrogen ice cream shop. Ice cream was not prepackage and served out of tubs from a freezer. Here the customer created their own ice cream creation, made fresh right in front of them, and completely customizable with over thousands of combinations compiled of various flavors, mix-ins, and toppings. The customer was able to choose their base (cream, sorbet, or coconut), their flavor which wass created in a liquid nitrogen mixer. Once the ice cream reached desired texture, then toppings were added.
