The Melting Pot was a chain fondue restaurant in Marketplace Mall. According to its website, among its offerings included a four-course dining experience including cheese fondue, salad, entree and dessert (chocolate fondue). It also featured an extensive wine list.
The restaurant opened on August 24, 2011.

2011-09-14 20:23:56 Was there a couple of weeks ago with 3 friends. very very attentive service - they were trying hard to make a good impression. Service was excellent and entertaining. The prices are expensive for small quantities but good quality food. Found the pricing/menu structure very confusing. After a while we just gave up and ordered whatever we wanted, without worrying about cost. Its an expensive dinner out (about $70-$80 per person) but also entertaining. We were encouraged to sit, linger and enjoy the food experience. I'd recommend it for a special occasion. —SallyDuarte
