2009-06-11 23:38:18   Mr. Manjunath-regarding your comments Napa Wood Fired Pizzeria.. I'm sorry you had this experience, but I have a couple questions. 1) Did you ask to be seated up front when you realized you were going into the back area? 2) With the extent of issues you had with the waiter—Did you ask to speak to the owner/manager on-site about your concerns?? I know the owner (Brandon) personally and he would've done what needed to be done to correct the issue. Remember any decent restaurant will have a manager or owner on-site to address any concerns. —PeteB

2009-06-16 19:39:47   Yes, I asked and we were moved to the front. However, my point is that it should never have happened. There was no reason to put us in the back of an empty restaurant.

The same applies to the waiter. I expect things to go right the first time.

I'd rather not go to a place where I have to ask the manager for every single thing: from where I sit, to the service, to the food and so on. That's just too much to ask of a patron. —VikramManjunath

2009-06-16 21:23:04   I completely agree with you. I was just curious if you HAD spoken to a Manager at all. Your review made me think you HAD NOT spoken to a Manager. Thanks for clarifying for me. —PeteB
