Walmart (aka Wal-mart, Wal-M art, Wal*Mart) is a global chain store, started in 1962 by Sam Walton in Rogers, Arkansas. The Walmart headquarters is still in nearby Bentonville, Arkansas.

There are now several related enterprises under the Walmart umbrella:
