Formerly Building #16 of the Bausch & Lomb company, 690 St. Paul St. is a gigantic building which is 4/5 abandoned. It currently houses a few offices, and until recently The Charter School of Science & Technology.

This building once housed Edison Technical High School from 1926 to 1940, as well as the Schoenhut Toy Pianos northeast office.

It is currently managed by MidCity Management.
