2008-10-31 11:48:06   Original poster claimed that the company was a "leading provider", however, I could not verify that this is a taxi service with any history - as of October 31, 2008, the above company does not appear in any phone listing of taxi services, no search results for the company name, or lookup for the phone number. The listed website does not have any data. —BradMandell

2008-11-19 17:35:10   Came on time. If you want to pay with a credit card you must do it on their website before you get picked up. The only complaint was the driver did not help me with my bags - even after the tip. —TimDoster

2008-11-20 10:23:28   I took a cab from my work (in the city) to the airport (also in the city) and it cost $55.00. I don't know if that's what taxis are going for these days, but it seemed awfully steep. I had the feeling I was being unfairly overcharged. Also - driver took the longest way to the airport possible. —SaraChristine

2009-06-10 12:15:02   tried to charge nearly 50 bucks for a ride that usually costs around 25 bucks. got lost and blamed the customer rather than trying to resolve the issue calmly. Was extremely rude and continued to ridicule the customer. for example laughed when asked for a number to reach someone in charge and then locked the customer in the cab when trying to get out. needs customer service training. —abjp587
