Astronomicon was an annual science fiction convention running from 1991 to 2013, and organized by the Rochester Fantasy Fans (multi-genre science fiction club) and others.

The final Astronomicon was held November 15-17, 2013, at the Radisson Hotel Rochester Riverside in downtown Rochester.
