BuKu Fusion Kitchen was a restaurant featuring sandwiches and rice bowls that fuse flavors of multiple ethnicities. An example was a Tempura shrimp po' boy. They started with a food truck and now have a brick and Mortar restaurant in East Rochester. Opened March 1, 2022.
