Buy Buy Baby is a big box children's goods store, which was located in Marketplace Square on Jefferson Road in Henrietta, which offered nursery and children furniture, car seats, baby and children clothes, feeding, health and bath supplies. The store was a competitor to the former Babies R Us and is owned by the same company that owns Bed Bath & Beyond. Facing Bankruptcy, the company decided to close multiple stores across the country. The Rochester location was one that they closed.

2010-10-25 20:16:17 Basically, Buy Buy Baby (a horrible name) is Bed, Bath and Beyond for expecting/new parents. You'd be amazed at all the things you NEED to buy for your child these days! I'm surprised I lived through my childhood without Buy Buy Baby! </sarcasm>
Luckily, my parents felt obligated to raise me as opposed to plopping me down in front of the TV with a Baby Einstein video.
In short: Each phase of a child's life has been scoured for business opportunities and Buy Buy Baby is the result. —BatGuano
2011-08-05 09:40:15 Despite BatGuano's rant (albeit fairly on point - just not what people are looking to know on this page) Buy Buy Baby is a pretty good store. As a new parent, you are going to have to buy some stuff and this place is far superior to Babies R Us. Much nicer store, nicer staff, and same prices as Babies R Us. They also accept all competitors coupons and Bed Bath and Beyond Coupons... so grab all of those and head in. They're great about running through mulitple coupons, etc. —ShawnRyan
