Clubhouse Liquor was located near Verizon and the now closed Atlanta Bread Company on Monroe Avenue. This liquor store offered a large wine selection and weekly wine tastings.

2007-02-06 23:07:33 This is the liquor store I go to about ninety percent of the time, and not because it is close to where I live, but because the service there is so exceptional that it is worth making the trip. The owner is usually there and will, at the very least, acknowledge your presence when you walk in the door. Most of the time someone will ask you if you need help finding anything, not because they don't have anything to do, but just because your business is that important. Prices are reasonable, but I'm sure there are other less expensive options. —FattyFatFat
2007-12-21 15:21:06 Excellent selection and the staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They also have frequent wine tastings which is a fun bonus. Definitely my favorite liquor store in Rochester. —TrishHeckmann
2008-06-02 01:14:16 My husband and I live around the corner from Clubhouse and frequently bike over to pick up a bottle of wine or two. The owner Dick is a top notch individual. He gives us excellent recommendations on both wine and liqueurs. We were looking for an unusual bottle of Chilean Castillo El Diablo Carmenere and he immediately ordered a case of this wine for us. We feel like family when we come here, plus we like the pond :) —MariahBetz
2008-09-10 20:37:06 This place is closing soon. It's really too bad - it's a superior place to buy wine. Excellent selection, and the owner was very friendly and helpful. If the owner ends up at another store, I will probably go shop there —EastSideStephen
