I live outside of the city (think boondocks) but spend the majority of my work and play time in the Park Ave, East Ave or South Wedge areas, as well as exploring areas south of Rochester. I trail run, kayak all over Rochester and the Great Lakes and bike around Conesus Lake a few times a week in the summer. I love the city of Rochester and exploring all it has to offer. I also own a small business in The Neighborhood of the Arts called Soma Massage.
