F. Oliver's Oils and Vinegars is a specialty store that offers estate olive oils and infused vinegars. They have locations in Canandaigua and on Park Avenue. There is now a third location in the Ithaca area.

2011-08-03 19:36:30 The folks on Park Ave are very nice. You can sample anything you want. It's especially interesting to try different mixes of a certain oil and a certain vinegar. They will make suggestions for you. The products are good quality and come at a price, these are not ingredients you'd use in everything, they would be for special dishes. Also, a bottle of oil and/or vinegar would make a nice gift in place of the usual bottle of wine. —DottieHoffmann
