2008-09-17 16:59:27   Legends Italian is delicious. Its owned by the former chef/owner of Pane Vino and Portobello named Tony something. He is an excellent chef with many Northern Italian inspired dishes and a couple of southern Italian type dishes. The interior is Tuscan shabby, not my style, but it was clean and looked ok. This is no longer an old people restaurant, but a nouveau Italian restaurant. I recommend a try. —MrRochester

2008-11-03 20:47:22   This restaurant was pretty horrible. We were the only customers in there at 7pm. The music started skipping, then was turned off, and then they played Spanish music. When we asked what the soup special was, the waiter said he thought it was lentil, then came back and said there was none. Since there was none on the menu, we asked if they had a caesar salad, and the waiter said they could make some. We waited for our bread until the salads came out. The bread was kind of decent, lukewarm and crusty, but not cut on the bias. The 'caesar' salads came out - wet lettuce with some olive oil and parmesan cheese. SERIOUSLY?! Who does that? They lied to us to appease us and didn't even make an attempt to make a caesar salad. Brian got the chicken parmesan, which came with pasta. It was lukewarm and so-so but nothing special. I got the chicken marsala. Some of the chicken medallions were undercooked. UNDERCOOKED CHICKEN?! The sauce was similar to the gelatinous goo which is on frozen meals. It came with a tiny scoop of mashed potatoes, and some green beans and carrots (the end of the carrot was still on.) On a final note, as we were getting ready to leave, the waiter hovered over us waiting to clear the table. —DanetteFitzgerald
