Message Envy is a franchise that provides massage therapy and is located on Monroe Avenue in Pittsford Colony Plaza. A second location is in Wegmans Plaza - Holt Road in Webster. A third location opened in November 2012 in Wegmans Plaza - Ridgemont. A fourth location opened in 2013 in Victor.

2010-09-20 20:54:21   Beware if you are following your massage therapist there! I followed mine and after less then two months they let her go and now I'm stuck in the contract. Talk about shady. —kheintz

2012-01-03 19:59:20   Went over the holidays for my first ever massage. The therapist was good. After my session they try to sell you a membership to go monthly. I would rather save the $ and go when I need it. Overall, I enjoyed the experience. —ScottHendler

2012-12-07 15:23:23   Beware when buying a gift certificate! I was taken at the Pittsford location.

I gave my husband a gift certificate for his birthday. He went and got a deep tissue massage and told him it would be $68 for the service. He told them he had a gift certificate, they ran it through, kept the card, and told him he was all set.

The problem is I gave him A $100 GIFT CARD!!!!
On top of that they tried up selling him to the massage club afterward. Nothing kills the relaxation like having to ward off a full court press sales attack. —ElizabethSnow
