The Mayor Thomas P. Ryan, Jr. Community Center and Library is a centerpiece facility in the Beechwood neighborhood. The combination community center and library honors the late former Mayor Thomas P. Ryan, Jr.. The facility includes recreation and parks programs that were previously at the Webster Avenue Community Center. They include year-round recreation programs for youth, teens and adults, as well as nutrition programs.
The Sully branch of the Rochester Public Library is also housed on-site.
The facility opened in 2009. In the same building is School 33 of the Rochester City School District.
