Palladio was an Italian restaurant located in the Hyatt Regency Hotel. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were served daily. Palladio featured a mix and match pasta dinner where you chose from a number of pastas, sauces, and toppings. There was also a selection of seafood, meat, and chicken entrees.
