The Soleil Bookbindery was a staple in Rochester for over 25 years. The business was located at Genesee Center for the Arts and Education on Monroe Avenue and was owned by Italian trained Master Bookbinder, Susan Soleil. Susan can be found selling hand bound leather journals, photo albums, and other books at craft shows on the East Coast. Susan has trained approximately 50 apprentices that now manage university and historical binderies.
