Tanqs was a bar incredibly close to RIT and was open late on weekdays. It was famous for serving to underaged college students.

2018-05-24 23:06:10   I remember going to Tanq's for an RIT Fraternity event when I was under 21. At the door they asked me my age. I told them 21 and that I forgot my ID. They stamped my hand and let me in. Then, later that night one of the bartenders or bouncers (I can't remember which) confronted me for drinking underage. I had a choice: be kicked out or buy the bartender and bouncer a round of shots. I went for the latter so I could stay with my friends. What a place! —NPolselli
