The Daily Refresher is a bar in the Upper East End. The decor is modeled after a Prohibition-era speakeasy.
They opened in November 2012. The bar is owned by Jonathan Swan and Cameron Phelps, both graduates of Pittsford Mendon High School.

2013-12-15 15:06:26 Tried this place last night with a friend. Apparently no one was willing to brave the snow, since we were the only people there at 6:30pm on a Saturday night. Interesting cocktail menu, ours were well made by a friendly bartender. Hard to gage the atmosphere when it's empty, but I like the layout and the furniture choices. Some couches, some chairs groups around a coffee table, nice variety. This is not an area of town I tend to frequent, but I'll definitely keep this place in mind to return too. No idea they did food too, will have to come back to try it! —LauraShum
2014-01-01 15:24:56 Went out on a Saturday night after dinner with friends from out of town. Extensive Scotch menu (very well liked by out of town guests). Bartender downstairs was knowledgeable and good to work with. Comfortable couches but a little cold in the front room. —scotthendler
