NYHomes.org shows graphic and information "HFA provided $8.6 million in financing, as well as and subsidy funds, for the construction of this 67-unit, all-affordable apartment building. In addition, the project benefited from state and federal tax credits. SONYMA's Mortgage Insurance Fund will insure the HFA permanent mortgage."
