Bio
Tim Mains hoped to to put his 20 years experience on the Rochester City Council and extensive experience with city schools to use through a victory in our 2005 Mayoral Race. A lifelong Democrat, he was defeated in the September Democratic primary1, and he lost again in November representing the Working Families Party line. His term on City Council is up in December 2005. Prior to the end of his term, he is hoping to push through his Pioneer Tax Plan to help encourage investment in our city.
