Top Notch Barbering is a barbershop in Swillburg. In addition to traditional barber services, they also offer options for Afros, cornrows, and other black hairstyles.

2013-08-09 19:16:58 I live in the neighborhood and don't have access to a car for a few weeks. Anyone know if they will cut white hair styles? My hair is pretty straight and not too thick, but I would only be getting a buzzcut. —sub619
